What is LV Scene?

Of course, you may want to let your friends and family know when you’ve spotted a great deal so they can get in on it too. Another reason you might want to share the deal is that lots of the offers can be fun to do with others.

I want to buy Today’s Deal. How do I do it?

When you click “Buy Now” a simple form comes up. As long as you submit the form before the deal ends you’re in with a chance. (Check the countdown clock to see how long the deal has to go before it expires). Remember – the deal only goes ahead if the minimum number of people “Buy Now”. When we hit the magic number, we automatically charge your credit card and the deal is yours! If we don’t reach the magic number for that deal then no one gets it and you won’t be charged.

If not enough people buy the deal that day what happens?

The deal is “ON” only if a minimum number of people agree to “Buy Now” within 24 hours. If we don’t get the numbers then the deal doesn’t go ahead and you won’t be charged.

How long do I have to use my LV Scene voucher?

A lot of the vouchers have expiration dates – so check for dates when you get it. No need to panic though; there should be plenty of time to claim your deal. Don’t forget!

I’ve got my voucher. How do I claim my deal?

When the deal goes through you’ll receive an email. This email has a link. Click the link and sign in to claim your voucher. Print the voucher then read the instructions written on it. Each business has different instructions about how they’d like you to claim your purchase.

Can I buy Today’s Deal as a gift for a friend or family member?

Yes, you can buy LV Scene vouchers to give as presents. (Oooo! Your mum will be wrapped!!) Most of the businesses who offer the deals are happy to have them given as gifts. Some, however, can’t allow gifting. Read “Conditions” on the feature page to double check before you buy. If you’d like us to send the gift for you, choose the “gift” option before you finalise your purchase.

If my name is on the voucher can I still give it away?

No, we’re afraid not. To protect all LV Scene buyers you can only redeem a voucher carrying your name. When you redeem the voucher the featured business will check your name off against the list they receive from us.

The voucher was worth more than I spent in one visit. Can I use the rest later?

Sorry, but unless it says so on the voucher, you can only use it once and there’s no credit for any left-over value. So try to use it all up when you first go along!

To get an OUTRAGEOUS bargain can I use my LV Scene voucher with any other offers or specials?

When do I pay? Is there a joining fee?
