DSC02898OK, go ahead…call me a little bit biased in promoting this event. I’m ok with that. I mean, if you were hosting a trivia night at The Firehouse wouldn’t you promote it on your nightlife blog?

This Wednesday night at The Firehouse in Bethlehem is the very first night of a new weekly trivia game. We’re calling it The Fireman’s Exam, you know, cause it’s at The Firehouse. I’ll be hosting the trivia night and bringing you some (hopefully) brain puzzling questions. Team registration opens at 7PM and the game starts at 7:30PM. Throughout the night there will 5 rounds of 6 questions which will range in topic from sports, music, movies, TV, history, science and much more. There will also be food and drink specials that night, but at this point I’m not sure what exactly they will be. After the trivia game concludes there will be a concert by local-legend, one man band Leechboy.

I hope you’ll come out to The Firehouse this Wednesday night and test your knowledge in the Lehigh Valley’s newest trivia night. It’s sure to be a good time, so gather your team and come on out this Wednesday night!

I enjoy bourbon, dark beer, and watching Man v. Food on the Travel Channel.     Trivia was a good time although we did not win. I must say it is refreshing to go to a trivia night where it is actually fair and seemed as if no one was cheating. I am a former Starter’s trivia attender and was fed up by the blatant cheating going on there and nothing being done about it. This is much better, smaller and more quaint so even if someone wanted to they probably wouldn’t b/c everyone would see them. Good job to the host of the event, it was a fun time and more people should start coming out. Also another plus in my book is the wing special on Wednesday’s and of course the beer.

    Cheating is definitely a big problem at trivia night’s I’m hoping to keep that to minimum at The Firehouse.

    Trivia at MacGrady’s on Wednesday’s is the best trivia in town. This host created it in the LV, sorry to everyone who tries to immitate him!

    Let me guess, John B. You’re the host over at MacGrady’s? What do they do over there that makes it the best?

    There are so many trivia nights out there these days, that anyone can find a place that does it the way they like it.
