Trivia at Starter’s Riverport and Starter’s Pub is nothing new. They’ve been doing it for a while and a pretty good sized crowd turns out for it every week. But in the name of keeping things fresh, they’re mixing things up and starting a 12 week trivia league. Pub Stumpers Triva is a weekly trivia system that’s run throughout the country…think of it as the NFL of trivia leagues. Very little information has been given by Starter’s or the Pub Stumpers website about how exactly the league operates, how scoring works, or what types of questions will be asked but the concept sounds cool and it seems like a fun way to keep people interested in trivia for an extended period of time.

Tuesday night at Starter’s Riverport they are offering $2 Tacos and $2 Yuengling Lager drafts to go along with all the trivia excitement. Wednesday night at the Pub you can expect $2.50 cheese steaks and $3 Sam Adams bottles and drafts…which sounds like an awesome combination to get your brain going. So if you don’t already have a trivia team in place start recruiting now because Pub Stumpers is just getting started!
