Under normal conditions Saturday is a great night to go out with some friends, have a couple drinks and have a great night. But this weekend conditions are far from normal. As we’ve been talking about all weekend, we’re coming up on St Patrick’s Day and a lot of communities are having their annual St Patrick’s Day Parade. Now normally parades don’t even register as a blip on my radar and I wouldn’t be wasting your valuable time writing about them. But, it’s SPD and I’ve heard that the Jim Thorpe Parade is a great time. I’ve also been told that there are no open container laws and that a huge crowd turns out for the annual affair. So, I’m taking a chance and, for the first time in my life, voluntarily going to a parade (the Phillies World Series parade doesn’t count).

I’m going to be taking it easy tonight but for those of you looking to go out my suggestion is Sexy Saturdays at Starter’s Riverport. DJ Cap Cee will be playing good tunes all night and you know there will be a good crowd…it’s Starter’s, of course there is going to be a good crowd on a Saturday night.
